I started my recruitment journey, (and it is a journey) in Sydney in 2003 recruiting predominantly Project Resources into the Banking and Financial Services industry across Australia and APac for a small boutique recruitment organisation.
I have worked in Sydney and Melbourne markets in both agency and internal roles for multinational organisations.
I have been very fortunate in my time to have worked with not only some of the greatest organisations in Australia but also work alongside many of what I believe are some of the greatest Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Leaders in Australia.
Many of whom have remained lifelong friends and others I have lost contact with over time but hold in the highest regard. It is an industry I left and have returned to because of my passion for it.
I have placed professionals into everything from Financial Services through Manufacturing, Retail, Management Consulting and the Automotive industry.
I started Quay Resources believing I could leverage my experience and networks to offer a better experience for our clients and candidates. I very much enjoy the challenge of helping clients build high performing teams and candidates into a career defining opportunities.
